When I first joined Instagram, it was just a way to share my cooking trials and tribulations with my family. That’s why I chose the moniker intimidated_chef. I come from a family of good cooks but I have zero confidence in the kitchen. My one rule for myself is that I wanted it to be honest. I post my failures alongside my successes. Now I’ll be posting writing updates, in addition to my culinary adventures, and other peeks behind the curtain.
